My story... so far

My health journey began in May 2012, all because of a promise I made to my dad. When he was on his deathbed, fighting esophageal cancer, he asked me to make sure I got myself tested regularly. Five years later, despite only suffering from mild acid reflux and feeling pretty good overall, I kept that promise and went in for a full set of tests.

The results were a shock. The doctors found very advanced esophagus barrette, and a second opinion revealed that my liver was almost failing. I was told the liver issue was so urgent it could kill me the next day.

Having watched my dad go through conventional treatments, I decided I wanted to find a way to heal naturally. I bought a top-tier Angel juicer and started a serious nutrition protocol. Within months, I felt ten years younger and more vibrant than ever, but my follow-up tests showed my internal condition hadn't actually improved yet. That is when I discovered wheatgrass.

Growing it wasn't easy at first, but I mastered the process and began adding six to eight daily shots of wheatgrass juice to my blood-building and cleansing routine. I filled an entire bookshelf learning everything I could about nutrition and completely cleaned up my diet. About a year later, I finally received a complete all-clear from my doctor.

While it started with nutrition and wheatgrass, I quickly realized that true healing is about so much more than just the physical body. I discovered that true holistic health means addressing all four of our bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. It's about giving ourselves the right fuel and creating the right environment for the body's innate ability to heal itself.

That realization completely transformed my life, and I haven't so much as had a cold in the 14 years since. Along the way, I have helped hundreds of people with conditions ranging from cancers and skin issues to dietary conditions and anxiety.

My Core Belief

True health treats the whole person, uncovering the root cause instead of just chasing symptoms.

While traditional medicine often waits until we are sick to temporarily mask symptoms, holistic health is proactive. By recognizing that physical ailments are often rooted in our mental and emotional states, we can address the true cause and heal the entire interconnected system.
